How to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

MyLocalStops respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and event organizers to do the same. Users may submit photographs, descriptions, logos, flyers, and other content to the Service, and are responsible for having the necessary rights to submit that material. This policy explains how copyright owners can report material they believe infringes their copyright.

1. User-submitted content

By submitting content to MyLocalStops, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit and display that content. You should not upload:

• Copyrighted photographs you do not have permission to use
• Protected artwork without authorization
• Another company's logo without permission
• Copied website content without permission
• Scanned or reproduced materials you are not authorized to use
• Other material that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on MyLocalStops infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright complaint to our copyright contact below. A copyright notice should include enough information for us to identify:

1. The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. The material you believe is infringing.
3. The location of that material on MyLocalStops.
4. Your name and contact information.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Review and removal

After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, MyLocalStops may review the reported material and may remove or restrict access to content where appropriate. Submitting a copyright complaint does not guarantee removal. We may request additional information when necessary to evaluate a complaint.

5. Counter-notifications

If content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was improper, you may contact us regarding a counter-notification where applicable under copyright law. Any counter-notification should contain the information required by applicable law.

6. Repeat infringement

MyLocalStops may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit content that infringes the rights of others.
